Shipping
Rates and charges
The shipping rate for all products is based on shipping destination, weight and dimension. Oversized or overweight packages might have additional charges. ***Note, we are only shipping within NYS at this time.***
How orders are processed
Quarterly memberships are billed in March, June, September, and December. The month prior to a shipment, an email will be sent with the quarterly selections as well as the charge date and shipping/pick up dates.
Taxes
State tax will be added to all orders.
Notification of order
You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment notification and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Pick up is an Option
If you live in or near our location and wish to pickup your order, please specify details on the form at checkout and we will notify you when your order is available for pick up.
Return Policy
Except in those cases where a shipment was received in damaged condition, all sales are final. Customers may report damaged shipments by contacting us at wineclub@delvino.net
