I acknowledge that I am authorizing my credit card to be charged for a minimum 1 year or 12 months of Membership based on recurring wine shipments with a stated dollar value and bottle commitment. Membership is valid per couple (or spouse) and is non-transferrable to family members. I understand it is my responsibility to login to update my address, phone, email, or credit card changes before processing. If I cancel my membership prior to a full annual cycle (four shipments), I will be charged the average dollar amount (What is the average amount?) for the remaining shipments of the annual cycle. There will a $75 fee to temporarily pause for 6 months per calendar year. Customers who choose to pick up their orders need to pick up their wines within 60 days of the initial pick-up date.
A signature by a recipient 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery. We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee delivery on the first attempt, such as a business address. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes and will only ship to states which legally allow wine shipments.
