Club membership terms

I acknowledge that I am authorizing my credit card to be charged for a minimum of one year (12 months) of Membership based on recurring wine shipments with the chosen stated bottle commitment. I understand that I will not be charged until 30 days prior to each quarterly ship date. I understand that my Membership is valid per couple (or spouse) and is non-transferable to family members. I accept that it is my responsibility to log in and update my address, phone, e-mail, and credit card information before processing. If I cancel my Membership prior to completing a full annual cycle, I agree to be charged a $75 cancellation fee. I understand that there will be a $50 fee to temporarily pause my Membership for six months per calendar year. If I choose to pick up my orders, I agree to pick up my wines within 30 days of the scheduled pick-up date.

I understand that a signature by a recipient 21 years of age or older is required upon pickup and/or delivery. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to provide an address that will guarantee delivery on the first attempt, such as a home or business address. I understand that wine cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and that shipments are currently limited to New York State.
