Its mountainous terrain and increased exposure to sunlight foster the development of intensely concentrated fruit, marked by firm structure and pronounced, robust tannins. The grapes produce wines of deep color and remarkable depth. Low yields, characteristic of this rugged and elevated landscape, further enhance concentration, resulting in heightened aromatic complexity and layered, expressive flavors.

This Wine Club exclusive blend is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is farmed from Moon Mountain. Aromas of fire-toasted oak rise gracefully intertwined with delicate hints of vanilla on the nose. Rich and full-bodied, the palate opens to concentrated flavors of ripe plum, blackberry, and other dark fruits. Silky, velvety tannins bring a harmonious balance contributing poise, depth, and richness leading into a lasting and satisfying lingering dry finish.
